The TP4-R is THOK’s new e-bike, “full Made in Italy”: it has not only been fully designed in Italy like all models of the THOK range, but it has been also built and assembled in Italy. Carbon fibre frame (travel: front 160mm/rear 150mm), Bosch Performance Line CX motor, modular 800 Wh battery, FOX Float 36 Performance fork, FOX Float X shocks, Magura MT5 brakes, 29” wheels (compatible with the mullet set-up) and Flip-Chip technology, which allows riders to change the angles of the seat tube and head tube, and therefore of the bike’s behaviour. This way it can adapt to the various riding styles and terrains. The TP4 is very versatile: an enhanced all-mountain with an enduro side to it. Designed to take on the toughest climbs, it remains a great option for high-performing downhill sections, a hallmark of the brand’s DNA.

TP4 stands for THOK Project Four and it is the name given to the project by the R&D department when it started this study. The TP4 is the world’s first carbon full-suspended e-bike for which 3D printing technology was used to create the first functional prototype. From the very start, the goal of the TP4 was to create a carbon frame Made in Italy with versatile geometry that could welcome a Bosch motor.
The TP4, as well as all the bikes of the range, has been designed by Aldo Drudi’s D-Perf. The internationally renowned Italian designer was able to work the lines of the carbon fibre, enhancing the technical choices of the R&D department with exciting lines and profiles that are typical of the Made in Italy style.
SOPHISTICATED AND EXCLUSIVE
The TP4 was not only devised, engineered and tested in Italy like the rest of the range, it is also manufactured in Italy. The production materials used, its innovative technologies employed for its design and the craftsmanship employed for the creation of every single bike make the TP4 a sought after and exclusive premium bike.
TWO GEOMETRIES IN ONE
The TP4 is very cross-cutting and modern in terms of use: its versatile geometry makes it both an all-mountain and an enduro bike.
The Flip Chip system allows riders to change its steering angle, the seat tube angle and lower the central movement, making it a fun adventure companion on downhill trails, including very uneven ones, and suited for different types of terrains and riding styles.

MODULAR 800 WH BATTERY
The TP4 is available with an integrated 800 Wh battery housed inside the down tube.
The system is compatible with 600 Wh and 400Wh batteries thanks to the “slide battery” system, the inner carbon battery cradle designed to enhance the seat tube and store the batteries with lower capacities by placing them downward, close to the motor, to secure the low centre of gravity that is typical of the range.
It is possible to purchase the TP4 with a 400Wh or 600Wh battery. In this case, the biker chooses a lower autonomy in return of weight saving.
The system (equipped with any battery capacity) is also compatible with the addition of ‘PowerMore’, the plug & play 250 Wh range extender from Bosch.
There are no limits to the possible battery capacity combinations: the TP4 meets the needs of every rider.
